To see, first believe
This is the inscription on the iABCt shield. Whereas most organisation logos are seen as a marketing tool, the iABCt shield represents what we stand for. It is a secret presented in plain sight. It has a very specific meaning that underpins the values of the institution. The ladder represents fearlessness and the need to be on guard against attack, the owl stands for vigilance and acuteness of wit, the chess rook for strategic thinking and the arm embowed in armour for the qualities of leadership. The Latin inscription ‘Video vidi visum primoris confido’ means ‘to see, first believe’. The colours also have a deeper meaning; gold is for generosity of spirit and the elevation of mind, blue represents truth and loyalty, and orange stands for worthy ambition. Hence the crest represents the qualities necessary for successful business enhancement; a strong grounding in the clarity of vision, powerful leadership with a strategic purpose, cleverly delivered and at all times guarding against the challenges of the real world of competitive business; with goal oriented training focused on positive personal development, accurate information, high moral standards.
